VLC with proxy for radios

Hi the team,

since recently, it is prohibited to listen audio stream (to listen the radio) in my company.
I have seen it is possible to use VLC to listem web radios.
i would like to listen a web radio (the site is : http://www.latina.fr/player.php).
Is it possible to use VLC to do this ?

For information, I do not see any radio in VLC through : Internet > Icecast Radio Directory.

And when i want to specify the proxy information through Tools >: Preferences > All parameters > Access modules > HTTP(S).
It is not possible to indicate the proxy ip, user & password.

I think i'm not alone in this case, and it would be great to use vlc to listen a webradio with an URL.
