Changed video output type, My Video list no longer populates

Postby Skullriot » 02 Jun 2014 05:15

SO, I had to change the video output type so that VLC wouldn't crash when I played a game full screen.

After this, the "My Videos" entry no longer populates like it used to. I'm not sure what to search for, as most of the searches I've done aren't related to my issue.

My video is set on OpenGL video out. I am on Win 8.1.

Known bug in the VLC 2.1.x preferences. Edit vlcrc and remove the "demux=any" line.

Ah very good, thanks! I wasn't sure what you were talking about but a bit of searching pointed me to the file location. Thanks for the answer.
