Hide errors by command line - save "Hide future errors"

Postby timolappalainen » 29 Oct 2013 06:03

Hi,

I am trying to make automatic viewing with VLC by using streaming. The viewer computer just automatically starts VLC to the stream after boot.

If stream is not available, error window pops up and stays on top even stream works again. There is checkbox "Hide future errors", but this is not saved, so after reboot viewer computer shows this error again. Unfortunately there is no one closing it.

So is there any option to disable error window completely? --verbose does not work with -1 and --quiet hides only warnings.

--no-qt-error-dialogs seems to work for me, at least no connection errors showing anymore :)
