How to convert video file to mp4 simple profile

Hi there, I have recently got a car dvd player installed, Philips CED1800BT, which only plays certain formats of video files.

The MP4 files I got on the USB doesn't play, probably because they are not SP. Does anyone know how to convert video files into MP4 simple profile@L3 as listed below? Your help will be much appreciated!
