Which functionality has the "Zoom video" under Twoflower ?

It seems that "Video scaling factor" works instead of "Zoom video", so there is no true "Video scaling factor" feature and "Zoom video" does nothing.

Yes, "Video scaling factor" works correctly and "Zoom video" does nothing.
