Streaming from Dreambox's to PC on VLC

Before, VLC worked "http://192.168.1.101:31344" (old DM 500-s with OpenPLi).

But now I got error: VLC can't open MRL "http://192.168.1.101:8001" (new DM 800 HD SE with OpenPLi) without the wait. Why?

I have disconnected receiver switch or cable AC adapter. And I can't open MRL (same http) after the wait in ~10 seconds.
