Command Line Option to Open the Open file dialog

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Command Line Option to Open the Open file dialog

Postby ada101 » 17 Dec 2013 16:55

Hello fellow VLC Users,

Is it possible to make VLC open the "Open File..." option via command line? If so, can I specify which directory the dialouge will start in, or will it use the working directory?

Looking forward to your responses :D
