[Stream] Queuing multiple files from different locations.

I am having a couple issues with streaming;
1. I am unable to queue multiple video files from different locations for my http stream, is there any way to do that without having to regroup all of the files into the same folder?
2. Whenever my stream playlist ends, it ends indefinitely. Meaning it will not repeat even though I have the repeat button activated.
3. Is there any way to save playlists?
