Hi, I was hoping someone can explain to me how to make my dvd work under red hat linux 9.0. I'm trying to switch to linux from windows, but having a hard time getting my dvd to work. I have mplayer but it is not working. do i need to configure it somehow? can someone steer me in the right direction. or send me to another website that will explain this in great detail? iI have the linux bible, but this is not helping.

Hi,

If you are looking for help with Mplayer you should post to that form. This is four a completely different product. The post did NOT provide much detail about your situation. The only tip I can give you is to make sure the DVD drive is mounted. If you don't know how to do this type man mount at the command prompt.
