VLC 2.1.0 Multicast Receive Broken

VLC 2.1.0 Multicast Receive Broken

I have a multicast stream generated from VLC 2.0.8. VLC 2.0.8 can receive it fine. 2.1.0 just sits there. If I attached two machines to the same Cisco port, the one with 2.0.8 works and the one with 2.1.0 does not. If I start up the 2.1.0 while the 2.0.8 is active, the 2.1.0 will work. If I exit from the 2.0.8 session, the 2.1.0 will freeze.

I do not know. So far its only tested with windows.
