Hello, I'm new in broadcasting video, i use the windows 7 operating system , I've tried several programs and I think VLC is the best software for this, I think VLC to be able to transmit the video just missing some developer to make it work as a virtual camera to work with the flash media live encoder. Would be the solution to the problem of broadcast while it himself does not transmit to sites like justin tv. I am new to the forum, sorry if the post is not correct, i do not speak English too.
