Broadcasting to icecast server using mp3 do not work

I do have a problem with VLC . Broadcasting to an Icecast server using ogg format works but if I use mp3 it do not work . I need help to solve this problem .

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the broadcast and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
