File Reading Error

I have a Errors window appear any time I play a video. The video plays and I must close the window to make it go away. I have checked the Hide Future Errors box, but the errors window continues. The window states: File Reading Failed. Then Below: VLC could not open the file C:\users\joe\pictures\2013-02-08...

Any way to make this window go away?
