Stuttering problem with 23fps movies with 60hz TV displays

Hi,

With 60fps movies no problem, but with the most common movies' fps (that are usually 23), I have serious problems with my 60hz display.

In other words, when the scene of the movie is moving (scrolling) the video is stuttering.

I think it's a common problem and I think it needs a particular video filter (or setting) which make smooth 23fps with 60hz (maybe transforming 23fps to 60fps?).

Hope I explained good my problem and hope someone can help me.
