Adalberto Vazquez Gomez wants suggestions for vlc crashes

Hi all, this is Adalberto Vazquez Gomez. I watch songs and movies in my laptop through VLC media player. Now days, I am facing a difficulty with VLC. When I play any movie or song, sometimes it get crashed and I have to play videos again. I don't know the reason behind this problem. Your help is needed.
