playlist VOBs Drive Bar

I have a stack of VOB clips in playlist,

Everytime there is a transition from a 16:9 to 4:3 or vv I see the control bar for 2 seconds, like I just moused, when the 2 consecutive VOBs are same format there is no control bar.

Is there an easy fix - slowly please VLC newby here

Win7 OS, clips are all ripped and play fine

Yes I have turned off messages, and hidden my control bar (Ctl H) I just need a clean output with no bars or messages.
