I have AXIS P7701 Video Decoder and AXIS cameras such as AXIS M5014 Network Camera.
I can connect from VLC to camera using URL like rtsp://root:00000@192.168.43.100:554/axis-media/media.amp. And I can connect decoder to camera by simply specify camera's IP address.
But I need to send RTSP stream from VLC to decoder. How can I launch RTSP multicast streaming with VLC, which decoder can receive and show?

Restream it with the streaming output.
