[Bug] VLC as vod server, with rtsp protocol

Hello,
I have a big problem.

I use vlc 2.03 as vod server, with protocol Rtsp. I use ts file, and add them like this:
new Video vod enabled
setup Video input "path"
it's work fine
I can use play, pause ...
But for exemple, if i'm at 2:55, and i put at 1:30. It don't works. The picture stay block
But if i'm at 2.2:55, and i put at 4:30, it works


what the problem ?
