rtsp stream - audio works, video doesn't

hi all
been using vlc player a while but only the basics until now and i'm sure even this is pretty simple stuff...
i'm trying to play this stream;
rtsp://xlv.three.net.au/live/xenon/co/sbs.3gp
it's an australian tv station hosted by three/vodafone and is designed to be watched on a mobile phone but i'd like to view it on my laptop (running windows 7) if possible
it will play for me, but i only get the audio, no video
all my settings are the default for the 2.0.2 version
can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong and point me in the right direction?

The server is not answering at all here. No audio obviously.
