Problem watching DVB-C with VLC 2.0.1

Hi everyone,

I'd like to watch DVB-C using VLC, because my TV program does not support HDTV.

So I choose "Capture Card", "Digital TV" and "DVB-C", type in 370000 kHz, 6900 bauds and select 256-QAM (should be the correct settings for ZDF). Then I get this error message:

Digital broadcasting:
The selected digital tuner does not support the specified parameters.
Please check the preferences.
Ihre Eingabe konnte nicht geöffnet werden:
VLC kann die MRL 'dvb-c://frequency=370000000:modulation=256QAM:srate=6900' nicht öffnen. Sehen Sie für Details im Fehlerprotokoll nach.

What can I do to make it work? I had it working with an older VLC version (I don't remember which one), but since the Update it does not work anymore.

I use VLC 2.0.1 with Win7 64bit, and a WinTV HVR-930C USB Stick.

6900 bauds for digital TV? Who are you trying to kid there?

6900000 bauds sounds more likely.
