No sound after transcoding on my TV

Postby edehn » 06 May 2012 22:04

Hi
I am new to this area with video and transcoding, so I hope somebody can help.
I have ts files from dbviewer, and transcode them to burn in DVBsubtitles.
The transcoded file have both video and sound when played on VLC mediaplayer, but when played on my Sony TV through a DLNA server there is no sound !

To me both files look to have similar streams, the only difference I can see, is the sound stream is no. 0 in the transcoded file.

The streams in the original TS file is:

Stream 0:
Type: Video
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Opløsning: 704x576
Frame rate: 50
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV
Stream 1:
Type: Sound
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Sprog: Dansk
Kanaler: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
AAC extension: SBR
Stream 2:
Type: Subtitles
Codec: DVB Subtitles (dvbs)
Sprog: Dansk

and on vlc and on my Sony TV I have both video and sound.

After transcoding (:sout=#transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=800,scale=1,scodec=dvbs,soverlay}:file{dst=C:\\Users\\Public\\Recorded TV\\dvbviewer\\Ny mappe\\test.ts} :sout-keep)

Stream 0:
Type: Sound
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Sprog: Dansk
Kanaler: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
AAC extension: SBR
Stream 1:
Type: Video
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Opløsning: 704x576
Frame rate: 100
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV

PS: I am using ver. 2.0.0 for the moment, but 2.0.1 is even worse.
