Saving audio sync?

Postby Traffic_Cone » 20 Feb 2012 22:29

Hi all

I'm running VLC 1.0.2 and I have a video where the audio track is out of sync by 1 second. I have no problem setting a -1.000 second delay during playback but I'd like to save that sync setting so that next time I play the file, it's in sync without having to set a -1 second delay each time.

What I tried was to set the -1 second delay, then press the 'record' button and let the video run till the end. It saves the video in MyDocuments, but the audio is out of sync again, even though during recording, it was in sync. Any way around this?

Can't do, sorry. VLC is not optimized for faulty files...
