force player to read slowly one track in xspf

Postby wattoo » 05 Feb 2012 14:44

Hi,

I was wondering if an VLC option exists to specify to VLC player to modify the speed of an audio file play.
I had a look in the wiki but did not find a option to fit my need.

I have an audio playlist and I would like to play one specific track at 0.9% of the normal speed (slower) adding something like that in the xspf file :

Code: Select all

<vlc:option>speed-rate=0.9</vlc:option>
Thanks for any clue

It is rate=x, but I do not know if it is allowed in playlists.
