Conversion halts with a certain file..

I am attempting to put 2 files on a disc.. one is an Mp4.. the other is an AVI.

The Mp4 seems to be the problem.. When I had the AVI file first the conversion worked fine until about half way through, than it came to a stop.. and when I cancelled it, it seemed to freeze and I had to ctrl-alt-delete and end it from there.

Than I put the Mp4 file first.. and it came to a halt immediately. I have had this problem before and I just downloaded a different version of the problem file, but this one is difficult to find so I would like to hopefully find a fix.

Also I notice you all put the log in your post.. so if someone can let me know how to do that I would appreciate it.. thanks.
