How to change chroma or output picture to display?

I try view /dev/video0 on my display at Linux 2.6.10 and use as --vout sdl in console.

vlc -vvv v4l:/dev/video1:channel=0:norm=PAL:size=768x576 --no-audio --no-sout-audio --color --width 1024 --heigh 768 --vout sdl

I tryed use --v4l-chroma="I240" , but no effect

But next code work fine:
