VLC can not play joined FLV files continiously

I joined some identical flv files(same resolution, same fps) using Andy's flv joiner. I used Andy's flv joiner because I didn't want re-encoding.

Now, VLC can not play this joined flv file as a whole(continiously) and stops at the merging point. Please note that VLC plays fine before and after the merging point(if manually skipped) but not the point itself.

I searched alot and still nothing. Can this issue be resolved through VLC setting or what?

Please help!
