Subtitles disappear too fast

Postby amaru » 16 Nov 2011 00:30

hey guys,

my english isn't the best, so i hope you understand my problem:

i want to watch a .m2ts-video with .srt-subtitle.
my problem is that the subtitles disappear really fast.. about 0,1 seconds or so..
so i tried to change the speed of subtitle option in synchronisation, but it didn't change anything.

i also checked the .srt-file, but the appear-time seems to be ok there, for example:
7
00:48:44,181 --> 00:48:47,016
blablabla
the programm starts the .srt-file by himself.
when i try to open it with ctrl+shift+o the video doesn't start at all.

what's my mistake? hope someone can help me.

nice greetings from austria
chris

edit: i use vlc version 1.1.11 - my OS is windows 7.

the version alone didn't help, but the synchronisation options seem to work.

problem solved, thank you :-)
