dvb-t aspect ratio bug

Hello,

I just found bug with video aspect ratio and image crop setting when watching dvb-t television. In my case, aspect ratio changes quite often from 16:9 to 4:3 or from 4:3 to 16:9 because my broadcaster changes it dynamically. And my screen is 16:10.

For example. If I set aspect ratio in vlc to 16:10 while watching 4:3 tv, everything is ok - video is full screnn without black zones. But, when broadcaster changes aspect ratio to 16:9, I need to set 16:10 with vlc again to get full screen without black area. I can see in vlc menu, that 16:10 is already set, but the setting is not refreshed after broadcaster changes aspect ratio and video is not displayed correctly - I need to choose 16:10 again (I need to select again already selected 16:10).When video changes from 16:9 to 4:3, there is similar situation.
I thing this should be treated as bug, because after broadcaster changes aspect ratio, vlc aspect ratio and image crop setting should be refreshed automatiacally.

If you are not sure what I mean, I can post link to .ts file recorded from dvb-t, so you will able to test this by yourself
