Preferences button won't work

I'm running VLC 0.8.2 (the new one) on FC4

The "Preferences" button won't work. I can click on it (it makes its clicking motion) but nothing happens. Is this just a problem with the default skin or.....what?

do you have the wxWidgets interface ? (vlc -I wx)

I have the same problem in FC4, VLC work's fine exept from the preference button and the playlist buttons...

when i start vlc with:
vlc -I wx
i get this..

Solved the problem.

I removed VLC, and used a difrent yum source, whit another RPM package..
