VLC playback deley

Postby Haikgh » 24 Sep 2011 21:26

Hey guys I have a really disgusting problem with VLC, lately. Every time I double click on "any" video file (ex. avi,mp4,mkv.....) it is starting to play the actual video file like after 40 sec. The VLC windows is opening immediately, but the video content with 40 second delay.
I have a Intel CORE i5 2.27 GHz CPU, 1024 Mb GPU, and 4Gb of RAM, so hardware is not an issue, and this problem started to accrue some days ago. I am using VLC 1.1.11 .
I tried to uninstall the VLC with Revo uninstaller, then installed again, but it didn't solve anything.
Pleas help me guys, VLC is my main video player I hate to use any other then VLC!
Thanks :)

My best guess is you've added something that goes to the network or whatever and is super slow at every start. Since it's not the default, I can't really help you more than that.
