You need to download the develop;amt version http://videolan.org/~videolan and follow those instructions http://developers.videolan.org/cgi-bin/ ... 9&view=rev

Note that it use VLM. If you are not familiar with it see the streamming howto

Hello,

i have downloaded the amt version that I took on http://videolan.org/~videolan. I have installed the most recent version. But when i run it, i have an error message which say that "vlc.exe has generated some errors and will be closed by windows"

Any idea of how to overcome this situation?

thanks in advance

look for the same revision number in http://trac.videolan.org/vlc . beware that motion detection in VLC is quite experimental and not the most performing available. Help would be most welcome if you have knowledge about how motion detection works.
