Use handbrake for DVD ripping.I used VLC to record from a DVD, season 3 of the TV show Breaking Bad. There are a number of fairly lengthy scenes that are in Spanish, with English subtitles on the screen. I can see them when the DVD is playing, but when I record it, the subtitles are missing. Anyone know why?
It should be in "My Videos" folder.I have been unable to make this function work. I start a DVD, press record, after ten seconds press record again, and stop the video. There is no new video file in my Documents folder; in fact nowhere in my computer is there any file that starts vlc-record. I'm using Windows 7. Any idea why VLP is not creating the clip?
I scratched my head over this one for a little while.still haven't found it unfortunately.
can you tell me where I can select the output folder for the record button?
thank you
