.mov files in playlist fullscreen issue

Postby there4im » 20 Aug 2011 19:59

I have built an xspf playlist with several videos of varying filetypes, and specific start/stop times for each video. My problem is with two specific .mov files which, in fullscreen mode seem to display a low res icon image instead of the video (audio plays fine). If I escape out of fullscreen, the video plays, and I can relaunch fullscreen at that point and see the video.

They have a resolution of 581x480 and 625x480, and are both listed as using H.264, AAC, Text, and PNG codecs.

Any suggestions as to why I'm getting the static icon, and how I can prevent it?

It sounds like you're viewing a file with multiple video tracks, of which one is an ugly icon. I'm not sure there is much to do about it, other than manually select the correct track.
