Single Video Loop not perfect

Goodmorning, i'll start saying that vlc is the best video player that i've tested [my system setup is winamp music and vlc video i love the fact that both can be controlled via command line] but i have just one problem actually, the problem is about the loop that is not perfect let me explain:
I'm using actually vlc as a desktop wallpaper, also can be called dreamscene, and i have about 400 videos that with windows media player loops perfectly i mean it can repeat infinite times and you will never notice when the video ends and start again; but with vlc i have this problem the repeating isn't fluid, the video stop and start there is about a second or less but is very notable,
There is a fix for this problem or for now there is no way to make a video repeat infinite time without notice when it start again?
