Categorize or mark titles in playlist

I would like to categorize titles in a very long playlist, for example with the categories "german", "english", "french", "other" when I see them. Is there any hotkey or function, which I can use to send the filename to another process (BATCH, VBScript) or with which a comment or attribute is added to the current playlist? It would also be possible to move the file to another location via hotkey, if this would be possible. Any idea?
