Pitch & Loop

Hey guys,
Thanks for a wonderful tool for my one and only, single, favorite hobby - Guitars and fishing.
I''m curious, is there a version, or a way to enjoy both of the following simultaneously?

1 - looping a small section of an audio track
2 - slowing audio speed without affecting pitch (Time-Stretching Audio)

The 0.9.x version I had recently allowed me to loop a small slice of audio, but I couldn't slow-down the audio without dropping the pitch.
The 1.1.5 version I have now allows Time-Stretching Audio, but the Loop button now seems to only enable the looping of the entire track or not.

Am I missing something?

click - VIEW - check - ADVANCED CONTROLS
