Making voices funny by slowing them down [Solved]

Postby 1906771717 » 08 Mar 2011 15:38

It was about a year ago I was able to do that. I would watch all kinds of movies, slow down the speed (0.67x or 0.50x) and the voices would become dark pitched and funny. I could also make them brighter by "fast forward"-ing. Turned the saddest movies into comedies.
Now, recently I haven't been able to do this anymore. VLC would make voices stay the same pitch... I don't care much for that.
Are there any options I can click to make voices funny again?
