Saving videos at higher speed

Hi,
I like to watch videos (lectures) at a higher speed. It is very comfortable to change the speed of the video, but can I also save the video with the higher playing speed - e.g. for watching the video at a higher speed on my mobile phone?

No. That is simply impossible. It would require fully reencoding.

You need to speed up on the mobile phone (which of course probably does not provide the functionality...).
