Fit to screen as default?

hi guys,

just wondering if there is any way at all to set the screen to "fit to screen" as default when playing videos?? with every video im having to change the screens size from a little video screen to the fit to screen. its getting very annoying.


so if anyone knows how to do this, the help would be much appreciated.

oh and im working off a mac, not a PC, if that makes any difference!
