How to manage non continous streaming servers

Hello,
when i connect to the following stream server (mms://213.155.85.158/TuningWorld-TV_Auto-TV_15c) vlc plays the actual show up to the end and stops then, when i connect to it with real or windows media player the stream contiouns after the end of a show and shows me the next one. Is there a possibility to play this stream continous, like with making a buffer bigger or add a playing option.

ps. i also tried this with a own vlc player build in java and the playing option : player.setPlaySubItems(true);
