I'm converting some film from Xvid to MPEG 2 with VLC.
If the video has a frame-rate of 25 fps (standard pal) the final video is perfect.
If the video has a frame-rate of 23,59 (standard NTSC) the file has only the audio with a 2x speed.
What I can do??
VLC 0.8.6i
Win 7 x64
