H.264 mosaic problem

Postby pablors » 02 Nov 2010 16:24

Hi!, I'm trying to put together a monitoring system for UDP Streams using Multicast with the mosaic feature.
When I use MPEG video, the mosaic works perfect; but with H.264 somehow it doesn't work as expected.
In the H.264 mosaic I have different streams with "profile=main" and "interlaced mode=frame" or "interlaced mode=field".
The problem is that the streams with "interlaced mode=field" shows no video on the mosaic while the others streams are shown correctly.
However if I open the streams individually they are decoded and shown correctly.
The thing is that I can't change those settings since the streams come directly from the provider.

If someone has any suggestion on how to make this work it will be welcomed :)

Thanks
-Pablo Rico
