Subtitles Delay Issue (specifically with Korean subtitles)

Hello,

I can't play videos with Korean subtitles correctly. The videos start off properly synched, but they slowly become unsynched and the subtitles gradually display at later and later times. It seems to delay 1 second every minute roughly. I can play videos with English subtitles fine, the subtitles keep up and are remain properly synched. However as soon as I add Korean subtitles it becomes unsynched. I didn't used to have this problem so I upgraded...but then I still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

I've searched all over the internet for a solution but haven't found any, and I've also tried a number of things myself but haven't been able to get anything to work successfully.
