Hello,
using Xmedia Encoder with following entries will produce videos which can not be played via VLC ipad app(1,5GB file)
Is this an error of the videoformat or of vlc?
But all iPads are the same, aren't they? Regardless of what model you buy they all have the same CPU, the same RAM, the same graphics processors. If the VLC app isn't working on his iPad (nor my iPad), why would it be different for the millions of other iPads out there?Your iPad is likely to have a too slow CPU to decode this video. There is nothing we can do about it with the API published by Apple.
Pierre.
Because all videos are different and don't need the same CPU power to decode...But all iPads are the same, aren't they? And if the App can't work on the iPad, why did they release it in the first place?
