Unable to Change File Associations

Postby sivadselim » 23 Sep 2010 23:39

I recently installed VLC and intentionally assigned all file types to it during the setup. However, now I would like to unassociate a few file types. When I go to 'Tools>Preferences>Interface>Set up associations...', I am unable to access any of the checkboxes. Nor am I am able to change VLC's associations within Windows. Is there any way to change them via the UI instead of having to reinstall VLC and change them during the installation setup?

Forgive me if this is a known issue but I couldn't find a specific discussion regarding it in the forums.

Thank you very much.
