MKV into MP4: Change AC3 to ACC, leave h.264 the same

Postby TOMillr » 11 Sep 2010 12:14

Hey there folks,

I'm trying to convert a mkv file into an mp4 container. The catch is, that I want the included h.264 video to remain untouched and just have the AC3 audio track converted into AAC.

I've already tried the streaming/export wizard but the resulting mp4 file has some kind of weird video distortions. While the audio sounds fine, the video jumps around from one part to the other. Any ideas what's going on here?

not specifying a vcodec should do what you want/need.
