Any symbols "текст" to the left of the empty parameter <album> </ album> in the playlist is displayed, although it is expected an empty parameter:

I commented out the list item by using the symbol ";" and received an unexpected result. It would be desirable to make a possibility to comment on elements of the list. Sometimes the channels are not working, but not delete information in a hurry because of the possible resumption of broadcasting in the future. But in the playlist continually monitors do not need.
