Video/Sound only play for 2 seconds

Streaming from my DVB-S card.. video and sound only work for a second or so.. then I get nothing.

I've read about this problem on another page but changing some number from 15000 to 15001 didnt work.

Help!

If you're using VLC 0.8.1, try one of the 0.8.2 development versions instead. It worked for me.
