Seeking on pause in MKV H264

Postby antont » 05 Aug 2010 10:22

Hello!

When I'm seeking an avi file on pause VLC shows a current frame normally. But when I do the same with MKV H264 I get the following kind of frame sometimes:

I.e. the picture is full of coding blocks. Of course, it's only on pause and playback is ok. However, I would like to know is it possible to set VLC up in a way to be able to seek through H264 files on pause and see 'clear' frames?

Regards,
Anton

That's ok. It's nevertheless the best player to me.

Where could I place an application relating to this? Feature Requests will be alright?
