problem ripping some DVDs

Postby mischugenah » 24 Jul 2010 02:25

Other problem that's turned up (I'm posting these as new topics because I couldn't find them on the forum, so I'm figuring it's not usually a problem): with most DVDs, I tell it to convert and save, use the default settings, .mp4 (H.264 + ACC), but when I hit 'start', it goes through the movie at a much faster speed than it should, and I end up with a file that's only a handful of bytes and won't play (obviously). I'd appreciate any help on this, I know not doing anything fun or interesting with the player, but this is really frustrating, and I don't know enough about media file formats to even begin to guess what's going on.
